Return & Exchange

Return Policy

We hope you will love your order from TUTULAND, but if for any reason you would like to return your items they can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the guidelines outlined below are observed.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Please note that we only accept returns within the 30 days’ timeframe since their delivery date. If an item is sent back after the 30 days window, we will not accept your return.
  • The 30-day return window is calculated from the delivery time of your last item arrived to the time you submit a return request. So rest assured, you don't need to worry if you request a return on the 30th day, but our customer service hasn't replied to you yet.
  • Items marked as clearance sale and items without original hangtags are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
  • Currently, we are unable to provide a free returns service, so the cost of return shipping must be covered by you. However, if the return is due to an issue on our end, such as a product defect or a delay beyond the website's promised time frame, we will cover the return costs.

To start a return, please send an email that includes your Order Number and the complete product name (including color and size, if available, all of which can be found in your order confirmation email) to service@tutuland.com. We will reply to you within 1 business day.

 

Refunds

Upon receiving the return package, our warehouse will assess its eligibility for a refund. This evaluation typically takes less than 1 week, but during periods of high volume, it may extend to 2 weeks due to limited staffing. Once our warehouse confirms eligibility, we will process the refund within 1 business day.

Subsequently, the refunded amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment, such as your credit card, within 5 business days. If you do not receive a credit to your account within time frame mentioned, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card. Your credit cards refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process.  

 

Exchanges

Similar to the return process, items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and they should include all original packaging and tags attached.

Please be aware that we can only process exchanges within the 30-day time frame from the delivery date. If an exchange request is initiated after this 30-day window, we will not be able to accept your request.

To start an exchange, please send an email that includes your Order Number and the complete product name (including color and size, if available, all of which can be found in your order confirmation email) of the item you wish to exchange, and specify the product you'd like to exchange for (including complete product name and its size and color) , to service@tutuland.com. We will reply to you within 1 business day.

* Please note that we do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
